Software Cost Estimation - A Practical Guide 2 Day, 12 hour On-Site Class Class Overview: This class is designed to give software development professionals a practical understanding of parametric software cost estimation. This 2-day, 12 hour on-site class will cover the fundamentals of software cost estimation. It covers estimation theory and best practices. Through the use of labs and case studies attendees will walk through the practical application of industry standard estimation models. Attendees will be given estimation worksheets that they put to use immediately to help estimate and manage software development projects. As a follow-up to the class, attendees can also sign up for 2 free hours of estimation mentoring by an experienced cost analyst (a $300 value).
